Crochet Fringe Skirt

- 4mm crochet hook
Instructions:
Start:
- Chain 4 to start, then make a double crochet in the first chain to form a ring.
For Row 1:
- Chain 3 (counts as a double crochet here and throughout).
- Make 1 double crochet in the first chain space.
- Chain 1, then make another double crochet in the same space.
Row 2:
- Chain 3 to start, then make a double crochet in the first stitch to create an increase.
- Continue making double crochets in the chain spaces and on top of the stitches from the previous row, with a chain 1 between each double crochet.
- End the row with 7 stitches.
Row 3:
- Chain 4 (counts as a double crochet and a chain space).

Repeat Rows 2 and 3:
