  • Jewer yarn (2 rolls) in color #17
  • Mu Combat yarn in color #01 (white)
  • 4.0 mm crochet hook (main body)
  • 3.0 mm crochet hook (trim and edging)
  • Tapestry needle
  • Stitch markers
  • Scissors
  • Approximately 2 meters of ribbon

 Measurements and Size

  • Length: Approx. 20 cm (adjustable)
  • Width: Based on bust measurement (88 cm used in sample)

 Step-by-Step Instructions

Creating the Length of the Top

  • Make a slip knot
  • Chain 32 + 1 (or adjust for your desired length)

 First Row: Half Double Crochet (hdc)

  • Skip the first chain
  • Hdc in each chain across
  • Chain 1 and turn

Second Row: Slip Stitch (sl st)

  • Work in back loop only
  • Sl st in each stitch across
  • Chain 1 and turn

  • Work in back loop only

 Repeating Rows

  • Alternate rows of sl st and hdc (back loop only)

  • Sample used 42 rows (21 clusters of hdc/sl st)

 Creating the Back Opening

  • After half the desired width, leave center stitches unworked (e.g., 7 stitches)
  • Chain to bridge gap
  • Continue pattern on opposite side

 Making Ribbon Holes

  • Single crochet across
  • Chain 1, skip next stitch and repeat
  • Next row: sc in all stitches and chain spaces

 Edging (Optional)

 Straps

  • Chain 41
  • Sl st in second chain and each chain across (40 sl st)
  • Chain 1 and turn
  • Hdc (back loop only) in each stitch
  • Chain 1 and turn
  • Sl st (back loop only) in each stitch
  • Fasten off with long tail for sewing
  • Make two straps
