Materials
- 4 skeins of soft yarn (alpaca or wool blend recommended)
- 5 mm hook (main work)

Starting Chain and First Row
- Women’s size: Chain 70
- Men’s size: Chain 80
- Leave a long tail for marking
- Use 4 mm hook for the first 6 stitches, then switch to 5 mm hook
- Work slip stitches across the entire chain

Heel Shaping (Decreasing)
- Mark 18th stitch from the top for women’s size
- Chain 1, turn, and slip stitch to the marker
