Assembling the Case

  • Fold the rectangular body of the case in half, bringing the two long edges together.
  • Using a different colored yarn (or the same color if preferred) and a crochet hook, join the two sides together by single crocheting along the raw edges.

  • Chain one and single crochet into the same stitch to secure the yarn.
  • Continue single crocheting along the side, working through both layers, until you reach the end of the side.
  • Repeat this process for the other side of the case.
  • Fasten off and weave in any loose ends.
  • Attach a button to the main body of the case, aligning it with the buttonhole on the flap.
