  • Tapestry needle
  • Stuffing

  • sc single crochet
  • hdc half double crochet
  • ch chain
  • slst slip stitch
  • tr triple crochet
  • dcbl double crochet back loop
  • mc magic circle

Body:

For Round one:

  • Make a magic ring.
  • Chain 3, this chain tree is not considered as one double crochet.
  • Make 12 double crochet into the ring.
  • Close the ring.
  • Round one is over.

Round two:

  • Chain 1.
  • Make 1 single crochet into the first stitch.
  • Chain 1.
  • Make 2 double crochet into the next stitch.
  • Repeat step 4 until you reach the end of the round.
  • You should have 23 double crochet.
  • Make 2 double crochet in each stitch until you reach the first standing single crochet.
  • Make 1 more double crochet here to create your last double crochet right beside the first one.

Connect your work by joining the standing single crochet to the top of the first double crochet above it.

Round three:

  • Chain 1.
  • Make 1 single crochet into the first stitch.
  • Chain 1.
  • Make 2 double crochet into each stitch.
  • Repeat step 4 until you reach the end of the round.
  • You should have 48 double crochet.
  • Join on top of your first double crochet.

For Round four:

  • Chain 1.
  • Make 1 single crochet in each stitch.
  • You will have 48 single crochet at the end.
  • Slip stitch on top of the first single crochet.

Muzzle:

  • Make a slip knot and chain 9.
  • Skip the first 3 chains.
  • Hold the fourth chain and turn back.
  • Make 1 double crochet in the first chain back bomb.
  • Make 1 double crochet in each chain back bomb.
  • In the last one, make 3 double crochet.
  • Turn back.
  • Make 1 double crochet in the first 4 stitches.
  • Make 2 double crochet in the last stitch.
  • Join into the top of the first double crochet.
  • Chain 3.
  • Make 2 double crochet into the first stitch.
  • Make 2 double crochet in each stitch.
  • Join with a slip stitch on top of the first double crochet and cut the yarn a bit longer to use it for sewing.

  • Turn into back loops of the chains.
  • Make 1 half double crochet into the first one.
  • Make 1 half double crochet into the next one.
  • Make 1 half double crochet into the next one.
  • Make 1 single crochet into the last one.
  • Make 1 single crochet into the last one.
  • Slip a stitch into the first stitch.

Nose:

  • Make a magic ring.
  • Chain 1.
  • Make 8 single crochet into the ring.
  • Close the ring.
  • Round two: make 1 single crochet in each stitch.

  • Make a slip knot and chain 11.
  • Skip the first chain.
  • Make 1 single crochet into the second chain.
  • Make 1 single crochet in the next 5 chains.
  • Chain 5.
  • Skip the first 2 chains.
  • Make 1 half double crochet into the third chain.
  • Make 1 single crochet into the next chain.
  • Make 1 single crochet into the next chain.
  • Go back to the previous chains and make 1 single crochet in the next one.
  • Make another single crochet in the next one.
  • Chain 4.
  • Skip the first 2 chains.
  • Make 1 half double crochet into the third chain.
  • Make 1 single crochet into the next chain.
  • Go back to the first chains and make 1 single crochet in the next chain.
  • If there is one more chain here, make 1 single crochet in it.
  • Slip stitch into the same stitch.
  • Cut the yarn.
  • Repeat for the other horn.

Color:

  • Join your yarn in any stitch back loop only.
  • Chain 3.
  • Make 3 double crochet into this chain back loop.
  • In the next 6 or 7 stitches back loop only, make 3 double crochet in each stitch.
  • At the end, chain 3 and slip a stitch into the same stitch back loop only.
  • Cut the yarn.
