Instructions:
Foundation:

Row 2:

Turn. (12 dc total)
For Row 3:

Turn. (16 dc total)
Repeat Row 3:
- Continue repeating Row 3, increasing the number of stitches by 4 every row until your shawl reaches the desired size. Each row should have increases at each end and on either side of the center double crochet in the chain-2 space.
Decrease Rows:
- Once your shawl is at the desired size, you can start decreasing: Follow the same pattern as Row 3 but decrease the number of stitches at each end of the row.
