This Crochet Plaid Top pattern combines classic crochet stitches with an innovative weaving technique to create a bold plaid texture that looks almost woven. Built on a lightweight mesh base, the design is later transformed by interlocking long crochet chains through the fabric, giving the top depth, structure, and a striking visual effect.
