Materials

  • Doll No. 2 yarn in yellow, white, and green
  • 2.0 mm crochet hook
  • 5.5 cm duckbill clip
  • Scissors
  • Hot glue gun

Large Sunflower (Yellow Petals)

Center Circle

  • Start with a circular starting stitch.

Second Round

  • Chain 1 to stand up (not counted).

  • Join white yarn with a slip knot.

First Petal

  • Chain 3.

  • Chain 3 to move to the next stitch.

Remaining Petals

 

Repeat the petal steps in each stitch:

  • Chain 3

  • Pull through all loops

Chain for Spacing

At the top center 3 single crochets:

  • Slip stitch in first
  • Chain 1, slip stitch in second
  • Chain 2, slip stitch in same stitch

Continue down the other side the same way.

  • At the end, slip stitch, chain 1, slip stitch to the base.
  • Weave in the ends.

Assembly Instructions

 

Attaching Components

  • Use hot glue to stick one leaf on each side of the duckbill clip.
  • Arrange the vines evenly, attach them to the back center of the clip.
  • Glue the large sunflower on top center of the clip.
  • Add small sunflowers beside or around the large one.
  • If needed, crochet and glue a green circle to neaten the back.
  • Trim any excess threads.
