Panels to Create
- Two front panels
- Two sleeves
- One back panel
Front Panel Instructions
- Chain 40 stitches (adjust for size)
- Chain 6 more, double crochet into the 40th chain
- Repeat: chain 3, skip 3 spaces, double crochet into the 4th space until the end

- Chain 6 and turn for subsequent rows
- Double crochet into each previous double crochet, chaining 3 in between
- End each row with chain 3, count 3, single crochet into the 4th stitch
- Work 22–23 rows or until reaching the bust line
Decreasing for Bust
- On Row 23:
- Chain 6 and turn
- Work mesh stitch until 3 spaces remain
- Chain 3, do a double crochet (don’t finish), yarn over, go into next space, pull through two, then yarn over and pull through all

Next Row:
- Chain 4 and turn
- Skip first space, double crochet into the next
Decrease again:
- Chain 6 and turn

Next Row:
- Chain 4 and turn
- Skip first space, double crochet into the next
Top Section (No Decreases)

- Total of 30 rows for each front panel
Sleeve Instructions
- Chain 50 stitches (adjust for wrist size)
- Add 9 more chains, double crochet into the 50th chain
- Repeat: chain 3, skip 3 spaces, double crochet in the 4th space
- Chain 6 after last stitch and turn
- Continue mesh stitch pattern with 3 chains between each double crochet
- Work 30–35 rows (no increases or decreases)

Back Panel Instructions
- Chain 70 stitches (adjust for width)
- Repeat mesh stitch pattern (same as sleeves)
- No increases or decreases
Edging (Optional)
- Attach yarn to edge, chain 3
- In corner space: work 5 half double crochets
- In double crochet spaces: one half double crochet
- In mesh spaces: 3 half double crochets
- Continue around edges
- At corners, place 6 half double crochets
Assembling the Panels
- Lay back panel flat, place front panel on top
- Slip stitch from corner down on the wrong side to join
- Repeat for other front panel
- Fold sleeve in half, mark the center
- Match center of sleeve to shoulder seam
- Slip stitch from center outward on each side to attach sleeve
- Repeat for both sleeves
- Close side seams and sleeves by slip stitching down from body to wrist

Adding the Collar
- From front panel, count 4 mesh rows up, find chain space, and mark
- Repeat on opposite side
- Attach yarn to one stitch marker, chain 1 (optional)
- Work half double crochets around neckline to the other marker
- Turn, chain 1, and work back
- Repeat for 8 rows
- To edge collar, chain 1 from last row, work half double crochets down the side
- Cut yarn when reaching the base
- Repeat on the opposite side
Finishing Touches
