Crochet Pumpkin Keychain

Materials
- Orange and green yarn
- 2.5 mm crochet hook
- Stuffing
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
- Keychain ring
Crochet Instructions

Crochet the body of the pumpkin:
- Start with orange yarn and chain 15 stitches.
- Work 14 half-double crochet (Hdc) stitches starting from the second chain from the hook.
- Chain 1, turn your work, and crochet 14 Hdc stitches into the back loop only.
- Repeat this for a total of 18 rows.

Form the pumpkin shape:
- Fold the crocheted piece in half and slip stitch along the edge to close it into a tube.
- Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing.
- Thread the yarn tail onto a needle and weave it through the stitches along one open end of the tube to cinch it closed.
- Turn the work right-side out and stuff the tube with fiberfill.
- Cinch the other open end of the tube closed and secure it.

- With the needle and yarn, pass the needle through the center of the pumpkin from top to bottom, then wrap the yarn around the outside to create the pumpkin's ridges. Repeat this 8 times to divide the pumpkin into 8 equal parts.
Create the leaf:
- With green yarn, make a magic ring and crochet 8 single crochet (sc) stitches into the ring.
- Join with a slip stitch, then chain one and pull the tail to close the magic ring.
- Chain 6 stitches and slip stitch back down the chain to create a small vine.

Assemble the keychain:
- Attach the green leaf to the top of the pumpkin using the yarn needle.
- Attach the keychain ring to the top of the pumpkin next to the leaf.
- Cut the remaining yarn and weave in all loose ends to finish.
