Pattern

Crochet Mini Dress :

Start with a slip knot and chain 10.

For the fourth round, make one single crochet in the first stitch, one single crochet in the next, and two single crochets in the following one.
Repeat this sequence all around to have 28 single crochets by the end of this round.
Join with a slip stitch and chain one. The yoke part of the dress is now complete.

Creating Armholes and Skirt:
