  • sl st: Slip stitch

Instructions:

Foundation Chain:

  • ch 4, join with sl st to form a ring.

Round 1:

ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), dc in the ring, ch 2, dc in the same ring. Repeat 3 more times. Join with sl st to the beginning ch 3.

Round 2:

  • ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), dc in the next st, ch 2, dc in the same st. Repeat 3 more times in each corner. Join with sl st to the beginning ch 3.

In Round 3:

ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), dc in the next st, ch 2, dc in the same st. Change color to white. dc in the next st, ch 2, dc in the same st. Repeat 3 more times in each corner. Join with sl st to the beginning ch 3.

ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), dc in the next st, ch 2, dc in the same st. Repeat 3 more times in each corner. Join with sl st to the beginning ch 3.

  • ch 2, sl st to the top of the beginning ch. Cut the yarn, leaving a tail. Weave in the tail.
