This Baby Heart Cardigan is a modular crochet cardigan made from Granny Heart squares, designed for babies from 0 to 12 months. The video demonstrates the 0 to 3 month size, built from eight larger heart squares for the body and four smaller squares for the sleeves. After joining the motifs, you add half double crochet rounds to fine tune the chest width and shape the front opening.
Crochet Heart Cardigan

The cardigan is finished with clean single crochet edging, a soft collar that flares gently with small increases, and simple front ties instead of buttons. Because the fit is controlled by square size and a few adjustable border rows, this pattern is easy to customize for different ages, yarns, and color layouts while keeping the heart motif as the main feature.
