Pattern:

For Round 2:

  • Join with sl st.

Round 3:

  • Chain 2 for turning.
  • 1 dc in the first stitch, 2 dc in the next stitch. Repeat - around (36 stitches).
  • Join with sl st.

  • Chain 2 for turning.
  • 1 dc in each of the first 2 stitches, 2 dc in the next stitch. Repeat - around (48 stitches).
  • Join with sl st.

After Round 5:

  • Chain 2 for turning.
  • 1 dc in each of the first 3 stitches, 2 dc in the next stitch. Repeat - around (Note: There seems to be a typo with the stitch count in round 5. Given the pattern, it should increase systematically based on the previous rounds).
  • Join with sl st.

  • For 1 to 2 years old: Repeat until you have 13 rounds.
