Materials
- 100% acrylic yarn (approx. 252 yards per ball), 4 balls
- Scrap white yarn for the border
- 5 mm crochet hook
- Measuring tape, scissors, threading needle, stitch markers (optional)
Sock sizing:
- Size 6 – 18 rows
- Size 7 – 20 rows
- Size 8 – 22 rows
- Size 9 – 24 rows

The Toe
- Chain 10
- Work 1 hdc in the 3rd chain from the hook
- Work 6 hdc, then 4 hdc in the last stitch
- Work 6 hdc on the opposite side of the chain
- Work 2 hdc in the last stitch
- Slip stitch to join
Round 2
- Chain 2, work 1 hdc in same space
- Increase in next stitch (2 hdc)
- Work 7 hdc
- Increase in next 3 stitches (2 hdc each)
- Work 7 hdc
- Increase in last stitch

Round 3
- Chain 1, work 1 hdc in same stitch

The Body
- Chain 1
- Work single crochet around for the number of rows corresponding to your sock size
The Heel
- Slip stitch to join
- Row 1: hdc 14 stitches
- Row 2: chain 1, turn, hdc 13
- Repeat Row 2 for 5 more times or until heel length is reached
Closing the Sock
- Slip stitch and cut yarn with a long tail
- Fold sock in half lengthwise
- Reattach yarn at ankle opening

- Attach white yarn
