Materials Needed:

  • Worsted weight yarn in color of your choice
  • 5.25 mm crochet hook
  • Scissors
  • Yarn needle

Back Panel:

Foundation Row:

  • Chain 56-58 stitches (measure to reach from shoulder to shoulder).

Row 1:

  • Double crochet in 4th chain from hook. Chain 1, skip 1 stitch, double crochet in next stitch. Repeat across.

Row 2 and onwards:

  • Chain 2, turn. Continue mesh stitch pattern (DC, chain 1, skip 1 stitch) across for 19-20 rows.

Shoulder Panels (Make 2):

  • Chain 8-9 stitches.
  • Work double crochets in each chain for the width of about 8-9 posts.

Front Panel with Tie:

Sleeves (Make 2):

  • Continue bell sleeve increase pattern until reaching desired sleeve length (approximately 38 rows).
  • Finish off and weave in ends.
