Materials
- Light worsted weight or cotton blend yarn
- 3.5 mm crochet hook
- Scissors

The Cups Make 2
- Start with a slip knot and chain a length that matches the measurement from the bottom of your breast to the nipple, usually 13 to 17 chains
- Double crochet in the fourth chain from the hook and in each chain across
- In the last chain work 2 double crochet, chain 1, 2 double crochet to form the cup point
- Continue working double crochet down the opposite side of the foundation chain
- Turn your work and chain 3
- Work one double crochet in each stitch until reaching the chain 1 space at the peak
