Crochet Summer Top

Side and Base Panel
- Crochet 2 half double crochets (HDC) on top of the last chain.
- Crochet 2 HDC on top of the next double crochet (DC).

Neck Ties
- Chain 2, yarn over, turn work.
- DC in the same chain.
- Chain 2, turn your work.
