  • Kit Fluffy yarn in dark gray and white
  • 5mm crochet hook
  • 18mm safety eyes

Starting the Project (Nose)

  • Larger Expansion Rounds (Head):

Body (Staying the Same)

  • Work 1 single crochet stitch in every stitch for 15 rounds
  • Add 18mm safety eyes after 6 rounds

Adding Gills

  • Use thinner yarn
  • Stitch gills slightly below and to the side of the eye, weaving between white and gray yarn without pulling too tight

Making the Fins (Side Fins)

  • Make four separate pieces

  • Reduction Row 1: Reduce two stitches into one, then 3 single crochet stitches (4 stitches total)

  • Stuff the body before the opening gets too small
  • Reduction Round 8: Reduce two stitches into one, then 1 single crochet stitch (repeat around)

Making the Tail

  • Make a top and a bottom piece

  • Top Piece (Larger):

  • Bottom Piece (Thinner):
