Crochet Bunny Flower Amigurumi Pattern

Imagine a cute crochet bunny, wrapped up in vivid flowers, bringing a splash of color and a touch of whimsy to your day. This bunny isn't just any toy; it's a piece of amigurumi art, lovingly stitched together to spark joy and add a bit of fun to your space.

Materials Needed:

  • Yarn (colors for bunny, flower, leaves, and stem)
  • Crochet hook
  • Stitch marker
  • Stuffing material
  • Floral wire
  • Yarn needle
  • Doll eyes

Bunny's Head:

In Round 1:

  • Start with a magic ring. Make 6 single crochets (sc) into the ring. Close the ring and join with a sc in the first stitch. Place a stitch marker to mark the beginning of the round.

Round 2:

  • Increase in each stitch around (2 sc in each stitch) for a total of 12 stitches.

Round 3:

  • 1 sc, then increase (2 sc in the next stitch), repeat - 6 times (18 stitches).

For Round 4:

  • 1 sc, increase, 1 sc, repeat - 6 times (24 stitches).

Round 5:

  • 3 sc, increase, repeat - 6 times (30 stitches).

Rounds 6-8:

  • Sc in each stitch around (30 stitches).

For Round 9:

  • 6 sc, increase in the next 3 stitches, repeat the pattern - 4 times, then end with 6 sc (40 stitches).

Rounds 10-11:

  • Sc in each stitch around (40 stitches).

Round 12:

  • 3 sc, then decrease (sc 2 stitches together), repeat - 8 times (32 stitches).

For Round 13:

  • 1 sc, decrease, 1 sc, repeat - 8 times (24 stitches).

Round 14:

  • Decrease around (2 sc together) 8 times (16 stitches). Fill the head with stuffing material.

Round 15:

  • Decrease 8 times (8 stitches). Cut and secure the yarn.

Bunny's Ears (make 2):

Round 1:

  • Magic ring with 6 sc.

Round 2:

  • 1 sc, increase, repeat - 3 times (9 stitches).

In Round 3:

  • Sc in each stitch around (9 stitches).

Round 4-8:

  • Continue as per the pattern, ending with a decrease until you finish the ears. Attach them to the head.

Flower:

Round 1:

  • Start with a chain of 32, join to form a ring.

Round 2:

  • Create petal pattern around the ring by alternating between single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, and treble crochets in specified increments.

Leaves (with Floral Wire):

Round 1:

  • Chain 10.

Round 2:

  • Follow the pattern to create a leaf shape, incorporating floral wire for structure.

Assembly

  • Sew the ears to the head.
  • Create and attach the flower and leaves to the bunny head.
  • Wrap the stem of the flower and leaves with green yarn for a finished look.
  • Embroider a nose and attach doll eyes to complete the bunny's face.
