Crochet Cute Moon & Saturn Amigurumi Pattern For Keychain & Bag Charm

Whip up some magic with this Moon and Saturn amigurumi crochet pattern, a perfect pick-me-up for your keychain or as a charming touch to your bag. With just a few stitches, you can bring these cute celestial bodies to life. It's a sweet and straightforward activity that promises to add a dash of whimsy wherever you go.

Crochet Cute Moon & Saturn Amigurumi

Materials Needed:

  • Purple yarn (four ply recommended)
  • 3 mm crochet hook
  • Stitch marker
  • Stuffing material
  • Yarn needle

Instructions:

Round 1:

  • Create a magic circle.
  • Chain 1 (this does not count as a stitch).
  • Make 6 single crochets into the magic circle.
  • Pull on the tail to close the magic circle.
  • Place a stitch marker at the last stitch.

Round 2: (Increase Round)

  • Increase in each stitch around (2 single crochets in every stitch).
  • You will have 12 single crochets.

For Round 3: (Alternating Increase)

  • Single crochet in one stitch, increase in the next. Repeat from to around.
  • End with 18 single crochets.

Rounds 4-7:

  • Single crochet in each stitch around (18 single crochets each round).

Round 8: (Decrease Round)

  • Single crochet, then invisible decrease. Repeat this sequence around the ring.
  • End with 12 single crochets.

In Round 9: (Decrease All Around)

  • Decrease in each stitch around.
  • Close off the amigurumi, stuff it, and weave the tail through to close it up.

Ring of Saturn:

  • Using light blue yarn, work single crochets around into every front loop left from a previous round.
  • Attach the keychain with the yarn tail, securing all ends inside the amigurumi.
