- Elastic hair tie
- 4-ply milk cotton yarn (green, white, red)
- Yarn needle

Abbreviations (US)
- ch: chain
- sc: single crochet
- dc: double crochet
- hdc: half double crochet
- sl st: slip stitch
- st(s): stitch(es)
Wreath Base (Green Yarn)
- Make a slip knot and work 26 sc around the elastic hair tie

- Sl st to first sc to join
- Cut yarn and fasten off
- Attach new green yarn
- Ch 2, skip first st
- Work 13 sl st into front loops only
- Work into back loops of Round 1
Repeat sc, hdc, dc, hdc, sc in each stitch (13 times)

- Ch 3, work back post sc in front loops of Round 3 (13 times)
- Ch 1 and fasten off green yarn
Wreath Border (White Yarn)
