Initial Setup
- Make a loose foundation chain of 145 to begin the cardigan width.

Row 1 Suzette Stitch
- Skip the first chain.
- Work one single crochet and one double crochet in the second chain.
- Skip the next chain.
- Work one single crochet and one double crochet in the next chain.
- Repeat this sequence across the row.
- End with one single crochet in the final chain.
Repeating Rows for Body
- Chain 1 and turn.
- Work one single crochet and one double crochet into the single crochet of each cluster.
- Skip each double crochet.
