Materials:
- One skein of Caron Blossom cakes yarn (size 4 medium, 481 yards)
- Size J 6 mm crochet hook
- Scissors
- Blunt needle

Panel Instructions (make two):

Row 1:
- Chain 91 (or a multiple of 3 + 1).
- Double crochet in the fourth chain from the hook, then double crochet in the next two chains.
- Chain three, skip three chains, and double crochet in the next three chains.
- Repeat this pattern across the row, ending with a double crochet in the last four chains.
Row 2:
- Chain four and turn.
- Skip the first stitch, and in the next stitch, create a V-stitch (treble crochet, chain one, treble crochet in the same stitch).
- Skip two stitches, and V-stitch in the next chain.
- Repeat across the row, ending with a treble crochet in the top of the turning chain.

For Row 3:
- Chain four and turn.

Row 4:
- Chain four and turn.
- Skip two stitches, and V-stitch in the next stitch.

Rows 5-19:
- Repeat rows 3 and 4 consecutively, or until your desired length is achieved.
Assembly:
- Lay the two panels with the correct side facing up.
- Place one panel on top of the other, with wrong sides facing out.
- Locate the center at the top edge and measure about 9 inches for the neck opening.
- Mark this point.
- Sew the edges together from the marker to close, leaving the marked neck opening.
- Repeat on the opposite side.

I-Cord Strings:
- Crochet two I-cords (or strings) for the bottom and top of the piece.
- The measurement should be about triple the side measurement of your waist.
- Insert the strings in and out of the spaces in the first row.

Finished Measurements:
