Initial Preparations

To adjust the size, refer to the charts in the maroon-colored jacket video, accessible via the "i" button in the corner of the video.
Attaching the Sleeves
- Step 1: Attach a new sleeve, consisting of five flowers, to the armhole.
- Step 2: Attach the first flower of the sleeve at the corner of the second flower of the armhole.
- Step 3: For the first flower, connect one side to the cardigan and complete the other three sides according to the pattern.
- Step 4: Attach subsequent flowers one after another to create a continuous piece.
- Step 5: Attach the fifth (last) flower of the sleeve to both the first flower and the armhole on the back side.

- Step 6: Join six corners where the sleeve meets the armhole to ensure a perfect joint without gaps.
- Step 7: Repeat this pattern for subsequent rows to create the length of the sleeve.
- Connecting the last flower of each row to the first flower of the row above it and to the rest of the cardigan.
Creating the Button Placket, Neckline, and Hem
- Step 1: Start the button placket from the bottom right side of the cardigan, working upwards.

Double Crochet
- Start at the first corner and make five double crochets.
- Make four double crochets over the next five chains.
- Make three double crochets over each corner and four over each five-chain space until you reach the top of the neck.
- At the neck, make five double crochets over each of the two corner chains.
- Make three double crochets over the popcorn stitch line and five double crochets over the first row of the motif.
- For the second corner, make one complete double crochet and then two incomplete double crochets.
- Joining them together. Repeat this for the next corner as well.
- Continue the pattern on the back side of the neck, decreasing stitches in the same manner.
- On the bottom hem, make ten double crochets in the corner, with a one-chain space between the fifth and sixth stitches.

Buttonholes
- Work one double crochet in each stitch, except in the corner with the ten double crochets.
- In the corner, make two double crochets, one chain, and two more double crochets in the chain space from the previous row.
- Create a buttonhole by making one chain, skipping the next stitch, and then continuing with double crochets.
- The first buttonhole is at the top of the placket, with subsequent ones spaced as desired.
Puff Stitch Edging
- Start a new line with a single crochet.
- Make a puff stitch by pulling up four loops.
- Make one chain, skip three stitches, and make two single crochets.
- Make another puff stitch on the second single crochet.
- Continue this pattern around the entire button placket, neck, and hem.

Final Touches
Finish the sleeves with a simple double crochet line. The video recommends six buttonholes.
