  • 22 x 3″ piece of fabric.
  • Matching thread.
  • 9″ of ¼″ elastic.
  • Scissors.
  • Safety Pin.

  • Begin with a Slip Knot: Make a slip knot and pass your hook through the hole of your elastic.
  • Initial Loop: Grab the yarn and pass it through the loop on your hook.
  • Securing the Yarn: Yarn over and pull through all the loops on your hook.
  • Marking the Start: Place a stitch marker to indicate the beginning of your first round.
