- Make a chain multiple of 16 + 1.
- Adjust length based on half-bust measurement, plus a few multiples for scallop width.
Row 1
- Chain 1.
- Single crochet (SC) across the foundation chain.
Row 2
- Chain 1 and turn.
- SC in next 2 stitches.
- *Chain 6.
- Work 6 double treble crochets (DTR) together, skipping a stitch between each.
