Materials
- Yarn: Category 4
- Hook: 5.5 mm
- Tapestry needle for seaming
Back Panel
- Chain 65.
- Skip first chain and work Half Double Crochet (HDC) across.
- Chain 1 and turn.
- Work Front Bar Half Double Crochet (FBHDC) in each stitch.
- Repeat until 50 rows.
- Cut and fasten off.

Front Panel and Shoulder Straps
- Repeat Back Panel steps but stop at Row 42. Do not fasten off.
- For the first shoulder strap, work FBHDC across 21 stitches, decreasing on one side for 8 rows.
- Fasten off.
- For the second strap, skip 18 stitches, attach yarn at the 19th, and repeat 8 rows with decreases mirrored.
- Cut and fasten off.
Sleeves (Make 2)

- Chain 69.
- Work 8 Slip Stitches (SS) and then HDC across.
- Chain 1 and turn.
- Work FBHDC to last 8 stitches, then 7 Back Bar Slip Stitches and 1 Regular Slip Stitch.
- Chain 1 and turn.
- Repeat alternating Row 2 and 3 until 26 rows.
- Cut and fasten off, leaving a tail for seaming.
Assembly

- Whip stitch shoulder straps together.
- Seam sweater sides, leaving 6.5 inches open for armholes.
- Whip stitch sleeves closed.
- Attach sleeves to armholes with whip stitch.
Hoodie
- Attach yarn to the back neckline and Single Crochet evenly around.
- Work FBHDC around for 22 rows.
- Cut and fasten off, fold the hood in half, and whip stitch the top closed.
- Turn right side out.
Bottom Border
- Attach yarn at side seam and Chain 9.
- Work Slip Stitches down the chain and join with 2 Slip Stitches up the side of the bodice.
