Beanie (Hat Body)

Crown (Increasing Rounds)
- Start: Create a slip knot.
- Chain: Chain up 5.
- Ring: Slip stitch into the first chain to form a ring. Hold the tail tight and crochet over it.
- Round 1: Chain 2. 10 DC into the center of the ring. Slip stitch to close.
- Round 2: Chain 2. [2 DC in each stitch] around. Slip stitch to close.
- Round 3: Chain 2. [1 DC, 2 DC in the next stitch] repeated around. Slip stitch to close.
- Round 4: Chain 2. [1 DC in next 2 stitches, 2 DC in the next stitch] repeated around. Slip stitch to close.
- Round 5: Chain 2. [1 DC in next 3 stitches, 2 DC in the next stitch] repeated around. Slip stitch to close.
- Round 6: Chain 2. [1 DC in next 4 stitches, 2 DC in the next stitch] repeated around. Slip stitch to close.

Assembly
